Becoming A Neighbour

SORRY NO MORE NEIGHBOURS.
I won't be able to visit all my neighbours if there too many.

I just want to say that being neighbours is a very special thing and I don't really appreciate the growing trend of people using affiliation/partnership as a springboard of advertising/tagboard spamming for solely their own means.

To be a neighbour to me, means a genuine appreciation of each other's sites so I will try and visit my affiliates relatively often and leave comments that deviate far from the usual 'VISIT ME PLEASE!' ect. And because I think that, I hope anyone who wishes to be neighbours will take that into consideration.
